The House Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Lemon Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 shallot small, finely diced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salad

  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1/4 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 small cucumber sliced
  • 5-6 Radish sliced

Instructions

  • Make the dressing by combining olive oil, lemon juice, champagne vinegar, salt, oregano, honey, shallot, and mustard in a jar. Whisk together or shake until combined.
  • Put all of your salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, and serve extra on the side. Enjoy!
