Miso Cod
This Miso Cod is the perfect blend of savory and sweet, with a rich, umami flavor that makes it feel effortlessly gourmet. It’s simple to make but delivers impressive results, perfect for a midweek dinner that feels like a treat.
- 2 pieces cod black cod if you can find it
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/3 cup White miso paste
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon soy Sauce
Combine marinate ingredients together and whisk.
Cover fish and let marinate overnight or at least 8 hours
Preheat oven broiler. Place filets on unlined sheet and broil until flakey and carmelized, 3-5 minutes.
Serve with rice, steamed veg and sesame seeds
