Ingredients

  • 2 pieces cod black cod if you can find it
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/3 cup White miso paste
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Combine marinate ingredients together and whisk.
  • Cover fish and let marinate overnight or at least 8 hours
  • Preheat oven broiler. Place filets on unlined sheet and broil until flakey and carmelized, 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice, steamed veg and sesame seeds
