Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syurp
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles, plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 ich baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl whisk eggs until foamy, 2 minutes
  • In a large bowl combine almond butter, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla until smooth
  • Fold in the coconut flour, baking soda, salt. Next add the 1/2 cup sprinkles. Add dough to prepared pan and using an off set spatula spread into all corners. Sprinkle with more sprinkles.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set in the middle. Allow to cool before cutting in 16 squares. Enjoy!
