- 8 oz lump crab meat drained
- 4 oz Mild green chilis canned
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1/3 cup dairy free cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne more for extra spice
- 1/2 cup dairy free shredded cheddar cheese
preheat oven to 375
In a medium bowl combine green chili, mayo, cream cheese, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, cumin and cayenne until smooth and combined.
Mix in crab meat and cheese
Place mixture into a small oven safe dish.
Bake until bubbly and golden on top
Serve with crackers and any veg you like!
