Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained
  • 4 oz Mild green chilis canned
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1/3 cup dairy free cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne more for extra spice
  • 1/2 cup dairy free shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 375
  • In a medium bowl combine green chili, mayo, cream cheese, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, cumin and cayenne until smooth and combined.
  • Mix in crab meat and cheese
  • Place mixture into a small oven safe dish.
  • Bake until bubbly and golden on top
  • Serve with crackers and any veg you like!
