Cheeseburger Focaccia
This Cheeseburger Focaccia combines the best of both worlds: fluffy, olive oil-soaked focaccia topped with all your favorite cheeseburger flavors like caramelized onions, seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and burger sauce. It’s a bread-heavy, comfort food dinner that’s indulgent in the best way possible.
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 teaspoons kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons olive oil plus ore for oiling the pan
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 yellow onions thinly sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- burger sauce, pickles, mustard, all burger toppings

Right before baking your bread and once you had it in the 9x13 pan. Brown your ground beef and carmelized your onions. In a large skilled add onions to pan with 2-3 tablespoons butter, cook over medium low heat until soft and golden brown. Set aside and in the same skillet add ground beef and brown evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
sprinkle bread with camelized onions, ground beef and cheese. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice into big squares, top with burger sauce, pickles, etc. Enjoy :)
