The House Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
Lemon Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 shallot small, finely diced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salad
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1/4 cup carrots shredded
- 1 small cucumber sliced
- 5-6 Radish sliced
Instructions
- Make the dressing by combining olive oil, lemon juice, champagne vinegar, salt, oregano, honey, shallot, and mustard in a jar. Whisk together or shake until combined.
- Put all of your salad ingredients in a large bowl.
