Dill Pickle Chex Mix
Ingredients
- 3 cups corn chex
- 3 cups rice chex
- 2 cup pretzels
- 1 cup pita chips
- 1 cup mixed nuts salted
- 1 package dry Ranch Seasoning
- 1/3 cup ghee melted
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 tablespoon garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients together
- In small heat proof bowl melt ghee. Add pickle juice, ranch seasoning, dill, chives, and garlic. Whisk to combine.
- Pour oven dry ingredients and mix well
- Spread evening onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring ever 15-20 min until snack mix is crunchy and golden.
- Allow to cool completed. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
